International Shipping
We deliver to more than 200+ countries worldwide. With production in 32 countries, our print supplier is the fastest, safest, and most reliable way for to deliver your products to you. With production locations worldwide, you benefit from reduced shipping distances and lower emissions. This means that, while we strive to be as local as possible, we do sometimes fulfill and deliver cross-border orders when local production is not available. If an order is placed for delivery to the European Union, UK, Norway, US, CA, AU/NZ, or Singapore no customs fees will be incurred. At times, we may route an order to a different producer and ship the product internationally, based on multiple factors. Outside of the countries listed above, customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees chargeable are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency you. We will not be held liable for delays due to customs.
Delivery Times
Delivery time includes us receiving your order, production and delivery to your door. Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. You will see the final costs and delivery times at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipping charges or replacing items undelivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at the time of order.
Damages & Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue. Written notification and photo documentation of damages must be provided within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace the item. To start a return due to a damaged product, contact us at info@missmaximal.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All orders are made to order and are therefor non-refundable and non-returnable after the final sale. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Once this time frame has expired the order will be marked as processed and you will no longer be able to cancel this order and as new order must be placed.
Sustainability
All our products are made with responsibly sourced and sustainable materials. Our printed paper products and canvases are made from paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forest management system in place. All products are produced in accordance with international and national product safety regulations. 85% of our orders are produced in the same country as they are delivered which saves tremendously on carbon emissions. By printing locally to you we support your local communities. We continuously work to make our value chain even more sustainable by setting high requirements, following up, and developing our suppliers. Our print suppliers support the UN Global compact Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as of 2020.
